# Peter Schravemade

> Managing Partner of REACH Australia and New Zealand. Global authority on property technology, international keynote speaker, and PropTech accelerator leader. Based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

Peter Schravemade is Managing Partner of REACH Australia and New Zealand, the regional arm of the global real estate technology accelerator created by Second Century Ventures and backed by the National Association of Realtors. Since his appointment in 2022, the program has grown to become the largest Second Century Ventures portfolio outside the United States, with active investments in more than 50 companies across Australia and New Zealand.

A 20-year veteran of the Australian property industry, Peter joined BoxBrownie.com in 2016 as Global Director of Sales, Marketing and Revenue, where he spent more than five years helping build the property marketing platform into a brand operating in over 110 countries. His own company went through the REACH US program in 2018, giving him direct experience on both sides of the accelerator model.

Beyond REACH, Peter is co-founder of Proptech CoLab (a joint research initiative with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland), Top of the Props (an annual PropTech pitch competition), and co-host of Before the Weekend, a weekly Australian real estate podcast with Kasey McDonald. He served as Vice President of the PropTech Association of Australia, concluding his tenure in 2024.

Peter is a regular speaker at international industry events, including Inman Connect, NAR Annual, MIPIM, and Property Portal Watch. He has been named to Elite Agent's Most Influential List every year since 2019, including recognition as the publication's Most Influential Person in the Asia/Pacific region.
